Standard Delivery
Orders for delivery within Australia are sent with standard Australia Post or a Courier. Courier delivery is only suitable for orders that can be left safely at the delivery address if no one is at home. Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery. For monogrammed orders please allow 5 – 10 business days (Western Australia may take longer).
Express Post
Orders for delivery within Australia can be sent Express Post or with Express Fright Services (for large items). Please note that overnight delivery with standard Express Post is not guaranteed. This option is not suitable for sending frame orders.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for Australia-wide orders over $200.00 RRP. Orders with free shipping are sent using the most economical delivery service. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale or custom orders.
International
We use Australia Post or TNT for international deliveries and you should receive your order within 7- 14 working days of dispatch. Please note that there are significant delays for shipping times due to COVID-19. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are quoted on an individual basis.
Store Pick Up
You can pick up your order from Corban & Blair, 2 Victoria St Lewisham 2049 NSW between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified when your order is ready. Store pick up is only available in Sydney.
Shipping & Delivery FAQ
What if i am not home to receive delivery of my order?
If you are not home to receive your delivery and have not given instructions where to leave the order safely, the courier company will leave a card with details on how to collect or arrange re-delivery. If an undelivered package is not collected within 10 business days, the order will be returned to Corban & Blair.
Can you deliver to my P.O. Box?
If your order is sent with Australia Post it can be delivered to a P.O. Box.
What are normal delivery hours?
Your order will be delivered during normal business hours Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
