Corban & Blair updates the website regularly, however, Corban & Blair makes no representation as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information or services on the website. All information and services are provided on the basis that you undertake the responsibility for assessing at your own risk.
Promotional sale periods
Corban & Blair reserves the right to go on sale at any time without notice. Prices online may not apply in-store, especially during an online-only sale. Discount prices will only be honoured during the sale period.
Promotional codes
Occasionally Corban & Blair will offer promotional discounts in the form of discount codes. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of any event for timeframe and exclusions.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Pricing
All items presented on corbanblair.com.au are in Australian dollar prices and are GST inclusive. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Availability
We make every attempt to ensure the stock presented to you is accurate and available for purchase, however, please note the stock is also available in our Lewisham store and occasionally discrepancies may occur. If in the event that our store is not able to fulfil your order, you will be notified ASAP with an alternative option. If a suitable solution cannot be found a full refund will be processed.
Shipping
Within Australia
Standard Delivery
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the product/s and delivery location. Standard delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout. Orders for delivery within Australia are sent with Australia Post or a Courier. Courier delivery is only suitable for orders that can be left safely at the delivery address if no one is at home. Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery. For monogrammed orders please allow 5 – 10 business days (Western Australia may take longer).
Express Post
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the product/s and delivery location. Express Post services will be calculated at the checkout. Orders delivered within Australia can be sent via Express Post or Express Freight Services (for large items). Please note that overnight delivery with standard Express Post is not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $99 RRP. Excludes Frames, Gallery Wall Sets, and Framed Prints. Orders containing these items do not qualify for free shipping.
Store Pick Up
You can pick up your order from Corban & Blair, 2 Victoria St Lewisham 2049 NSW between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified when your order is ready. Store pick up is only available in Sydney.
International
We use Australia Post or TNT for international deliveries. Due to circumstances beyond our control in the current international shipping climate, we aren’t able to provide an ETA on the arrival of your order. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. All customs and duties required for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer; Corban & Blair takes no responsibility for such costs.
Shipping costs are quoted on an individual basis.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
You can return an item by sending it back in the original packaging and in perfect condition with the invoice to Corban & Blair, 2 Victoria Street Lewisham, 2049 NSW, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please indicate the reason for return. Custom-made products, monogrammed items and sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Once we receive your item, you will be notified and if your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges unless specified otherwise.
Damaged items
If a product is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement. If a frame is damaged in transit please do not return the frame, simply email a photograph and your proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order to info@corbanblair.com.au. Corban & Blair will cover the shipping costs for replacing damaged items. Only applicable when the product is purchased directly from Corban & Blair.
Outages
Corban & Blair reserves the right to cease, interrupt or withdraw your access to the website for any reason, including without limitation, for upgrades and maintenance of the site.

Unless otherwise indicated, Corban & Blair owns all copyright of the material on the Website. All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Corban & Blair.
