Harry is a photographer based in Sydney, and he draws inspiration from the everyday scenery around him.

What is a photo but a moment in time, framed for people to peer through and relive your experience. For me, it is that experience which is central to photography. It isn’t about chasing the perfect composition or stillness or lighting. It’s about capturing the world the way it is; people the way they are. Using film forces me to be more disciplined in this approach. Deciding the precise moment to frame can be daunting and sometimes I feel like I’m not even in control of how the photo will end up. But that’s just it isn’t it? That’s the real experience. I want to share my experience with people, not my creation. The world gives me the photos, I just need to know when to take them.
