New MAYAN collection

Corban & Blair have been working with Thomas for over 20 years. Thomas ‘Bagaay’ Avery is a descendant of the Gamilaroi tribe in northern NSW. Thomas’s ancestors were born at Bohena Creek Aboriginal Reserve, Narrabri and his personal totem is the blue tongue lizard.

Thomas is a painter, designer and filmmaker using his unique insights to communicate his culture. This new range features his painting MAYAN which depicts the drying waterholes surrounded by the brown of the drought ravaged earth.

The MAYAN product range is made from eco-friendly recycled material produced from post-consumer PET bottles with printed cotton linings. The product range includes a luggage tag, travel wallet, tech pouch, A5 journal, 13/14” and 15/16” laptop case.

Thomas’s new product range MAYAN can be seen here.
