Framed Indigenous Artwork
These framed artworks were hand-painted by First Nations artist Thomas Avery. Hand-painted artwork comes framed in a carbon-neutral black slim box frame with a white acid-free mat.
Thomas ‘Bagaay’ Avery is a descendant of the Gamilaroi tribe in northern NSW. His totem is the blue tongue lizard. Thomas’s ancestors were born at Bohena Creek Aboriginal Reserve, Narrabri. Thomas is a painter, designer and filmmaker using his unique insights to communicate his culture.
