Thomas “Bagaay” Avery is a descendant of the Kamilaroi tribe of Northern New South Wales, Australia. Many of Thomas’ ancestors were born at the Bohena Creek Aboriginal Reserve, Narrabri. His family is one of the stolen generation and his designs feature the creatures of inland Australia including the kangaroo, wallaby, emu, platypus, gecko and goanna.
Hand painted artwork comes framed in a handmade carbon neutral black slim box frame with a white acid-free mat. Information and story of the artist adhered to the back.
