Brief

To create special products to communicate and attract women to their network. This was a new strategy for the bank. Their focus centred on quality, style and attracting attention. Consequently, the first Ruby red leather journals were a big hit.

Our Work

Success hinged on developing a close working relationship with the Ruby team, notably with the team decision maker. They had a strategy to deliver and we were able to assist them execute it. Both parties had input and ownership and worked collectively to provide genuine customer satisfaction.

Product

Creation of desirable and meaningful products to align with Ruby branding. All in red A4 Journals, A5 journals, felt carry bags, satchels, compendia, business card holders and travel wallets.

Feedback is very positive. We are invited to key Westpac events, sit on panels and support them in other ways. We tick the female, Australian, manufactures and work with indigenous artists – diversity boxes. This has led to other work in the commercial bank, private bank and special gifts for VIPs.
